This year has started off with some easy hikes in the Sainte Adèle region. This is the first warm spring day that we have had this year and we were so happy to be able to spend it in the woods.

Sometimes you just need to chill .

This hike is easy to find and pretty easy to hike in. I noted the trails as intermediate because I find that there is a lot of going up for an easy trail. The labyrinthe trail also had many fallen trees that we had to go over. Usually this wouldn’t even have been noticed, but with a baby in the carrier (not my baby … if it was, this blog would be one of those fancy hiking mama blogs), you have to take precautions (If you drop baby, it’s bad!)

The Summit

There is a piknik table at a nice viewpoint, not so high up. We could still hear the highway see our car but since we’ve barely been hiking for 45 minutes and the sun was beaming down on us, we didn’t mind at all.
